Our team is constantly striving for excellence in development, financing, construction and operation of renewable energy projects. To live up to our ambitions, we are looking for a dedicated Project Development Manager (onshore wind) to join our dynamic team.
For our office in Varna, we are looking for a Project Development Manager (m/f) to support our activities in Bulgaria.
Your responsibilities:
As a Project Development Manager (m/f) you are expected to work closely together with our highly experienced project development team in Bulgaria as well as with our international colleagues. Your key tasks will include:
- Support the project development of onshore wind projects in Bulgaria.
- Maintain project documentation and prepare regular progress reports.
- Coordinate with various teams, service providers and partners in the development of renewable energy projects.
- Maintain good relationship and communicate on a regular basis with the governments, municipalities, local communities, suppliers, contractors, landowners and team members.
- Coordinate project schedules and follow relevant RES policy developments.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure project standards and performance objectives are met.
Your profile:
- You bring along a university degree in Engineering, Project management, Business administration, or a related field.
- Your strong communication skills and technical understanding help you to master a broad range of challenges.
- You are pro-active, results driven and comfortable in a small team environment.
- You possess excellent organizational skills, with high level of attention to details.
- You have advanced knowledge of MS Office. Proficiency in AutoCAD will be considered an advantage.
- You are fluent in English.
- You hold a valid driving license (Category B) and willingness to travel occasionally.
